Screen Printing

Now that the screens are ready for printing, a squeegee is placed onto each screen and the garments are placed on the platens (as needed) and straitened. The screen of the darkest color is then dropped down on top of the t-shirt and the squeegee is used to push the ink through the screen and onto the garment. Once enough ink has been pushed onto the garment, the screen is then raised and the platen is rotated to the next screen. This process is continued through all of the colors after which the complete design will be on the garment.

Example of screen printing below.
