How does the Ask A Specialist section of the website work?
First you will need to fill out the form that is located here. Please be sure to include your email address as that is how we will be contacting you back. The Ask A Specialist works by emailing our resident specialist your question. The specialist will then email you back an answer to your question normally within 2 business days.
How does the Upload Art section of the website work?
You will first need to fill out the form that is located here. Please be sure to include your email address as that is how we will be contacting you back. You will need to click on the browse button and locate the art that you would like to upload. If you have messed up, you are able to click the reset form button to reset all of the fields. This art will then be sent to a person who will contact you about your artwork. We would appreciate the most common picture formats (.jpg, .gif, .psd, .bmp, .png) but will try to accommodate any format that you have. The size limit on all uploads is 1.5 MB, so please make sure that your art is under that size or contact us directly.
